A week into maintaining weight during sedentary days with fasting

How did it go so far?

Started feeling good about myself. It felt like it is doable for some more time. I was able to get through my day normally. No dizziness what so ever. Was feeling active and energized.

I cheated a little

On some days it was really difficult to not eat anything. When my wife made strawberry ice cream it was irresistible for me. Had a scoop. On some days I ate way more almonds and peanuts than this diet would allow. Good part, I can clearly see that I am inclined more towards following my plan. and it was not very difficult for me.

For next month

As its going well, planned to continue to limit calorie intake to 500 on fasting days and 1500 on days when I am not fasting. My dietician wanted me to have a balanced diet. She wants to review how I am doing every week. As decided to lose some weight and increase strength. I wanted to start training. I chose to follow a plan on Adidas Training by Runtastic [android][iOS]. Its an app generated plan with videos. I can plan number of workouts per week and can do them anytime I find time/motivation. I can contact trainers from Adidas if I need (which needs a paid plan).

Will have to,

  • Drink enough water
  • Have balanced diet
  • Follow training plan
  • Talk to dietician weekly

Will update you on how it went again in a month…
